Vigilance

The company, with an objective to lay down fair and transparent methodology, has been voluntarily following the guidelines of Central Vigilance Commission in its procurement process and presidential directives on reservation policy in the recruitment process. Among other things, the procurement manual of the company contains the standard bidding documents, general terms and conditions of contract etc. Reports on the complaints received, complaints resolved, disciplinary action taken, investigation conducted by Chief Vigilance Officer etc. are periodically submitted to Chief Vigilance Officer (Monthly), Managing Director (Quarterly) and the board of directors (Half yearly) for their consideration and necessary action, if any.

In compliance to the provisions of section 177 of the Companies Act 2013, the company has also established the Vigil Mechanism Policy with an objective to prevent or deter the improper or illegal activities. With the use of vigil mechanism, any employee/director can inform the nodal officer about the alleged wrongful conduct in the prescribed format and the disciplinary action, where needed, will be taken in accordance with the policy.
